Yoga at Grace Cathedral

Our grand finale celebration of National Yoga Month in partnership with Grace Cathedral! Join this very special class and sensory experience. Yoga instructor Darren Main guides us through a gentle and restorative meditation and 30-minute asana practice from the glorious interior of Grace Cathedral. Musician Egeman Sanli fills the cathedral with a magical soundscape of sitar and other ethnic instruments—at once entrancing, invigorating, and mystical. An experience you'll want to relive again and again.

About the Studio

Donation based yoga on the labyrinth at iconic Grace Cathedral is a unique experience. Several hundred people of all ages, from all over the city, of many different faith affiliations, including none, gather as one to practice yoga in the darkened cathedral. Yoga at Grace Cathedral expresses our commitment to meet people where they are. We understand there are many ways to express spirituality and experience liberation, and as a house of prayer - and of Om - for all people, yoga at Grace creates new connections. While currently not able to assemble due to COVID, the experience is still available virtually through our site.
