LBY After Dark—Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony

There is power in a simple and soothing cup of tea—discovered as much in the preparation as it is in the drinking. LBY Ambassador Monica Cadena shares her favorite blue lotus flower tea ritual as a means to unwind and restore at the end of the day.
