LBY After Dark—Sound Healing for Rest

Grind Culture is a toxic belief system that measures a person's overall worth by how much they can produce. Rest is one of the most powerful healing tools that we can use to interrupt grind culture. We rest to create. In a society where it feels impossible to rest, resting is a liberatory act.
If you have trouble resting, sound healing is a great tool to use to promote peace, equilibrium as well as a feeling of restfulness.  Sound Healing is an ancient practice of using sound and vibration as a way to heal. It is used in all aspects of medicine and spiritual growth and is necessary for our emotional and psychological well-being.

This 15 min sound immersion experience includes sound healing with crystal singing bowls crafted from selected healing crystals, my nightly self care ritual, as well as chakra balancing. Use headphones or Bluetooth speakers for maximum effect.
